General Information
Reservations & Payments
Reservations & Payments
A deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 43 days prior to departure.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is required. Insurance may be purchased from Royal Destiny Travel. Registration forms will be provided upon receipt of your deposit.
Travel Documents
A passport which is valid for a minimum of 6 months past the date of your return flight home is required of all US citizens. US citizens do not require visas for travel to Israel, but a visa might be required for Jordan. We will take care of all the details.
Tour Documents & Tickets
Final tour documents are mailed, provided we have received full payment, within 3 weeks of departure.
Not Included
Passport fees, personal travel insurance, laundry, beverages, and items not on the regular menu of the included meals, additional baggage in excess of airport allowances, optional sightseeing tours and all expenses of a purely personal nature.
Luggage
Each passenger is allowed one checked bag and one carry-on. Royal Destiny Travel is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen luggage.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Please make all cancellations in writing. The following per person cancellation charges will apply: If cancelled 91days or more prior to departure, a $50 administrative fee will be charged. If cancelled 90-31 days prior, a $300 penalty will be charged. If cancelled 35-15 days prior, a $400 penalty will be charged. If cancaled 14-7days prior, a $700 penalty will be charged. No refunds will be made within 6 days of departure. In addition to the above penalties, once the airline tickets are issued,100% of airfare is non-refundable. Additional cancellation penalties may apply, dependent upon the cancellation terms of our suppliers.
Dates and sites visited are subject to change as time and scheduling permits.
